License activation
Activating your seat.
Right after you complete checkout, Stripe sends an automatic activation email to the address you used. Open that email on the Mac you want to activate — clicking the magic link binds QME Copilot to that machine.
Lost or didn't receive your activation email?
Email hello@qmecopilot.com from the address you used at checkout, and we'll resend a fresh activation link within one business day.
Just bought a seat? The activation email can take up to 60 seconds. Check spam / promotions before emailing us.
Moving to a new Mac? Deactivate your old machine from the License panel inside the app first, then re-open the activation email on the new Mac.
